Your Princeton, New Jersey Wedding
To make planning every detail of your Princeton, NJ wedding a little easier, we have compiled this list of items you may not have considered in the excitement of creating your special day.  Other questions are answered in the FAQ section.  Of course, your dedicated wedding specialist is on hand to answer any other questions or concerns you may have.  


  • Seating Arrangements and Room Set-up – Most rooms can be set up to match your plans.  We offer offers 6-foot round tables that can comfortably seat up to ten people
  • Dance Floor and Risers - These are fully mobile and adaptable to your specifications.
  • Ceremony Room – Hyatt Regency Princeton can create a ceremony room, set in round or chapel style. Choose from any number of venues to find the one to suit your style.
  • Order of Events – From traditional to your own unique vision, allow your wedding specialist to assist you in deciding the flow of your day.
  • Audio-Visual equipment – Our onsite audio-visual experts can help you execute your ideas, from a slide show to special lighting.
  • Parking – Valet and self-parking in our covered garage is available for your guests. Parking charges may be hosted by the bridal couple.
  • Wedding Cake - Our pastry chef can design your perfect wedding cake. Choose from a variety of designs, styles and flavors. Our pastry chef is available during the tasting to discuss all of the details for your one-of-a-kind creation.
  • Gold Passport - Hyatt Gold Passport points are awarded for all food and beverage purchased for your wedding at the Hyatt Regency Princeton. Two points are awarded for each dollar spent for all events starting after 5 p.m. Points can be used toward future overnight accommodations.
  • Pricing - A Food and Beverage minimum is applied to all events at Hyatt Regency Princeton. A non-refundable deposit will be required with the signed contract. Our menus and pricing are subject to change without notice until a final contract is signed. AllFood and Beverageis subject to a Service Charge and Sales Tax.
  • Guarantee - Upon confirmation, an initial non-refundable deposit of $500.00 is required to hold your space. The total estimated balance will be due seven business days prior to your event along with your final guaranteed number of guests
