To make planning every detail of your Princeton, NJ wedding a little easier, we have compiled this list of items you may not have considered in the excitement of creating your special day.  Of course, your dedicated wedding specialist is on hand to answer any other questions or concerns you may have.

  • Audio-Visual equipment – Our on-site audio-visual experts can help you execute your ideas, from a slide show to special lighting.
  • Parking – Valet and self-parking in our covered garage is available for your guests. Parking charges may be hosted by the bridal couple.
  • Wedding Cake
  • Gold Passport - Hyatt Gold Passport points are awarded for all food and beverage purchased for your wedding at the Hyatt Regency Princeton. Two points are awarded for each dollar spent for all events starting after 5:00p.m. Points can be used toward future overnight accommodations.
  • Pricing - A Food and Beverage minimum is applied to all events at Hyatt Regency Princeton. A non-refundable deposit will be required with the signed contract. Our menus and pricing are subject to change without notice until a final contract is signed.
  • Guarantee - Upon confirmation, an initial non-refundable 20% deposit is required to hold your space. The total estimated balance will be due seven business days prior to your event along with your final guaranteed number of guests
